Syntax:

{{Index|Index Category|Index Page|Index heading|Sub Index}}

Creates the Command Index tree on the right handside of the page

First Index	1	This is the Category who's tree will be displayed after the main index	String	required
Second Index	2	This is the Category who's tree will be displayed above the First Index Default default value	String	optional
Third Index	3	This is the Category who's tree will be displayed above the Second Index Default default value	String	optional
