Usage

Creates a link to the specified category. Canonalizes the displayed category name.

Example:

• {{Cat|Stubs}} → Category:Stubs
• {{Cat|stubs}} → Category:Stubs
• {{Cat|cat:stubs}} → Category:Stubs
• {{Cat|category:stubs}} → Category:Stubs
