- This template is a self-reference and so is part of the Wikipedia project rather than the encyclopedic content.
Usage
- This template should be used on a single word or phrase that requires transcription into the International Phonetic Alphabet. It has an optional language parameter. Directly after the word or phrase, use either:
{{needs IPA}}
- or
{{needs IPA|<language>}}
- Use of this template automatically adds page to Category:Articles needing IPA.
Examples
